Established in 1941, the Constantin Sugar Shack has always distinguished itself by the quality and diversity of its products. Whether you came for food, activities or festive atmosphere, no matter the season, there is always something to do at Sugar Shack Constantin.

From Valentine’s Day and until the end of April, the sugar shack season is open. Come enjoy our traditional menu : Canadian bread, pea soup, cole slaw, sausages in syrup, homemade pickles, maple syrup, omelets, ham, salted lard crips, baked beans, boiled potatoes, eggs in syrup, pancakes, pouding chomeur, sugar pie, soft ice cream, tea, coffee, milk.
