Established in 1941, the Constantin Sugar Shack has always distinguished itself by the quality and diversity of its products. The quality, service and atmosphere are the guidelines of The Constantin Family. Whether you came for food, activities or festive atmosphere, no matter the season, there is always something to do at Sugar Shack Constantin.

From Valentine’s Day and until the end of April, the sugar shack season is open. Come enjoy our traditional menu : Canadian bread, pea soup, coleslaw, homemade marinades, maple syrup, omelets, ham, hot dogs in maple syrup, pork rinds, pork jowls, baked beans, boiled  and roasted potatoes, eggs in syrup, pancakes, pouding chomeur, sugar pie, soft ice cream, tea, coffee, milk and taffy on snow.

Spend quality time with family and friends with us: dance hall, horse-drawn sleigh ride ($), Mini-farm and exotic animals ($), inflatable games, playground, doll museum, puppet theater, 4 wheels ($), walking trails, and souvenir shops.
